The bullet grazed the driver and wounded the 52-year-old passenger in the finger and thigh. The passenger was sent to the hospital for their injuries.

This incident caused traffic delays for several hours while authorities investigated. The shooting happened just after 5 p.m. on southbound I-43 northwest of downtown Milwaukee.  It was also the second shooting on the freeway in less than a week.
