DELAFIELD -- A deadly crash shut down part of I-94 for hours Saturday in Delafield.
Waukesha County deputies say a minivan was pulled over on the shoulder with a flat tire. Another driver pulled over to help. While in the process of changing the tire, a car hit the minivan and the good Samaritan.
A 48-year-old man was rushed to the hospital where he died. A 56-year-old woman, 37-year-old man and 11-year-old child suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The accident remains under investigation.
