A lengthy investigation nets four arrests in a major drug bust in Sheboygan.

Robert Wilborn, 39, of Milwaukee; Joshua Brasted, 36 of Sheboygan; Allison Mink, 21 of Sheboygan; and Trista Windorski, 32 or Sheboygan have been arrested on felony charges for possession or delivery of heroin and cocaine.

According to the criminal complaint, the biggest alleged heroin dealer in Sheboygan is now behind bars.

"The person who's making a living off of someone else's misery, I have no use for," said neighbor August Margenau.
Margenau says he was oblivious to the alleged heroin and crack cocaine dealings on the other side of the street on the 1600 block of N. 11th Street. Those who live closer say they saw a lot of foot traffic and a constant flow of vehicles in the lower unit of the home.

"If he's in jail, he put himself there," added Margenau.

The criminal complaint shows the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department caught on back in May.  Multiple informants told investigators that Wilborn had been dealing cocaine and heroin for the past six to seven years in Sheboygan. Sheriff's investigators sent informants to buy drugs on several occasions over the past few months, but found Wilborn rarely showed. Windorski and Mink came instead.

During a search in the lower unit of the home on November 10, investigators stopped Brasted. Inside, they found more than 11 grams of heroin, two and half grams of cocaine, paraphernalia, cash and items to package and distribute.

"I hope the judges are going to start getting tough on some of these things," said Margenau.

Two of the four have been arrested on six felony charges. If convicted on all of them, they could face more than 70 years in prison.
